I Didn’t Receive My WHMCpanel Login Information Email

When you are open a hosting account with WHMCpanel, you will receive a few different emails. The subject lines will be similar to:
– WHMCpanel Login Details (contains WHMCpanel login)
– An invoice has been generated (contains billing invoice information)
– New Account Information – <domain> (contains technical account information: FTP, email, DNS, etc.)
The email containing login URLs or passwords can be classified as spam by some email systems. If you believe that your order was completed, But you have not received your login information email(s), check your spam or junk mail email folder.
If you still can’t locate your account setup email, please contact our sales department, and they will make sure that you receive the messages.
