Cancelling a Domain Name

You can cancel your domain name at any stage by disabling the automatic renewal option in the 'Client Area'.
This will mean that the domain will not renew when due.
1- Log into your 'Client Area'.
2- Go to 'Domains' from the top menu followed by 'My Domains'.
3- Click on the 'Downwards Arrow' button to the right hand side of the domain you wish to cancel, and select 'Auto Renewal Status.
4- Click onto 'Disable Auto Renew' to complete the process.
